It is reported that in 1954, the president, Dwight Eisenhower, met with aliens somewhere on a U.S. air force base. The aliens offered high tech knowledge in exchange for global disarmament of nuclear weapons. The president flatly refused and wanted control over high tech information by the U.S. only.

Needless to say, the aliens broke off communications with these so-called "earth ambassadors".

This meeting which could have advanced the civilization of human beings hundreds of years was curtailed because of selfishness and fear.

Whatever materials that the military walked away with were and still are in Area 51.

It was a mistake by the aliens to meet with the parochial interests of a local country. I believe that selected individuals are now being groomed for real, positive first contact.
