Time For A More Progressive Catholic Church
Mood:  bright
Will the next pope move the Roman Catholic church into the 21st century? Will the church become more progressive on issues like female priests, married priests, and contraception?

I'm not expecting Catholic clergy to endorse gay marriage, but progress in other important areas would be welcome.

Remembering Karol Wojtyla(John Paul 2)
I'm not a Roman Catholic, but I remember John Paul with some fondness. I admired the way that he fought against Communism in his native country Poland.

While he may have not dismantled the Soviet Union personally, he had a hand in setting the Poles and others on the road to democracy.

My most touching memory of him was during "The Youth Days 2002" in Toronto. Obviously weakened by different physical conditions, he plugged on and asked forgiveness for the sexual sins of some priests in the church.

In over 100 visits to many countries, he tried to build bridges between different nationalities and faiths.

I believe that he succeeded as Pope and Jesus promoted him to a better job.

I Think Therefore I Organize My Thoughts
I feel like the old bird in the cartoon "Shoe" that can't find his desk because of the clutter on it.

My problem is that too many things are filed under "Miscellaneous". Any of my filing lookups can become a journey into the unknown.

I've been working hard over the last fews days to correct this "Administration Maze Game". With any degree of intelligence, out of chaos will come some kind of order.

Happy Easter
In the battle of good versus evil, we know who won. Jesus Christ has earned the title of Superhero Master.

The Crucificion, Was An Overwhelming Experience
To Those Who Were Close By.

Most of the theology of the early Christian Church came from an interpretation of the crucificion and resurrection of Jesus Christ. The death of a loved one is difficult at anytime, but this particular significant death was very hard to understand.

Personally, I believe that Christ was trying to save everyone by this master plan that he had with God. It was awesome in its scope and power. In order to deal with all the livings souls that every existed, Jesus had to step out of time and correct what was wrong. This is dying "for the sins of all mankind."

The old universe ends and a new one begins in a blink of an eye. As John states in Revelation, "I saw a New Heaven and a New Earth." The Apostle Paul states in Corinthians, "As in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive."

Everyone on Earth will encounter the crucificion memory of Jesus Christ in the vastness of time. At that time, the truth of this event will be revealed.

The great El Predicto predicts that Carrie Underwood will win the 2005 version of American Idol. Would anyone want to bet against Carrie's victory?

Renovating While Sick
Despite their present illnesses, my wife, Irene, and her son, Leslie, continued painting the bedroom. This is comparable to athletes playing while hurt.

Again it shows the determination of Newfoundlanders to keep going despite the odds. That's how they survived on that godforshaken island so long(i.e. over five hundred years).

This would be "Microsoft's Beta Anti-Spyware Software". I've used free versions of "Adware" and "Spybot", but this one beats them both. Check it out below:
