Do something each day to make the world a better place to live in. 7. Exercise each day with intensity. 8. Develop a game plan for your life and work towards attainable long range goals. 9. Eat foods and/or take supplements that are rich in vitamins and minerals. 10. Defeat the negativism in life by being true to yourself and your goals.
Some look at life and ask why. I look at life and ask why not? The improbable we do now. The impossible takes a little while longer. Reality is more than one perceives through a human body. Every action, every word, every thought can influence something or someone, negatively or positively.
