Movie Review 76: Identity
Mood:  down
On a rainy night, ten characters gather at a sleezy hotel. If you're thinking shades of Alfred Hitchcock's "Psycho", you're dead right. Of course, the victims are murdered one at a time. There are some very unusual twists, turns and coincidences, but that's it for the good points of this dark thriller.

The story is senselessly violent and the acting hammy. The plot careens along a path like a car out of control.

The murder mystery in this movie is solvable, but for some stupid reason no one solves it. There's no satisfying ending or conclusion. Hitchcock this ain't. Two stars.
