I had thought "The Secret Space Program Alliances"  would be something like Star Trek's "Federation of Planets". However, they seem to be divided against each other over Disclosure and turf wars. The good guys appear to be 30% of the alliances and the bad guys 70%.

The main bad guys are the reptilians(The Draco) who are bullies and parasites who feed off of the negative energy of mankind like fear, anger, despair, etc. They're certainly at a lower level then the Hirogen of Star Trek(below) who like to fight "pray" who can give them a good battle.

Both the Hirogens and the reptilians like the Nazi's insignia and uniforms. There is a distinct possibility that the Nazis and reptilians were allies in WW2 . 

Just below the ET parasites is the "Cabal Cult" who worship the reptilians and "The Dark Side of The Force". They're not in the same league as Darth Vadar or the Star War's Emperor. They need lots of muscle from their "gods" to make things go their way.

Slightly higher than the Cabal Cult is "The Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate"(The ICC). These are the capitalists of outer space, somewhat like Star Trek's "Ferengi", but without any redeeming traits. They are much like the Dutch and English traders of the 17th century who used slave labor.

At a slightly higher level than the renegades above, there are "The Agarthans"(an ancient underground civilization) who have been pretending to be gods and ETs for thousands of years in order to protect their society from the violent races on the surface. This was disappointing news to me because I thought of the Agarthans as a very old spiritual, kingdom as portrayed in the movie "Lost Horizon". All of a sudden they appeared as elitist xenophobes who would make a deal with the Devil (Hitler) in order to protect themselves. They reminded me of the stagnant civilization in the movie "Zardos" where the higher immortal class deceived and exploited the lower classes.

On a more positive track, but not that positive, there is "The 22 ET Off-World Alliance". They've been trying to improve mankind's DNA and past life memories for thousands of years. They haven't succeeded very well. Mankind is still burdened by recessive genes which produce a short lifespan, heart disease, cancer, MS, Alzheimers, autism, etc. There are very few people who remember anything about past lives. Most people expand their minds through movies and TV. If I gave these ET scientists a grade for their human-related theses, I'd give them a D minus.

Now, let's get to something that is really positive, "The Mayan Break-Away-Civilization". About a thousand years ago, most of them left Earth to settle on a planet where they could get more enlightened and spiritual without having to deal with war, poverty and disease on a daily basis. The good guys are whistleblower Corey Goode and "The Space Alliance" which previously was known as Solar Warden. They are determined to bring Full Disclosure and move Earth into the Star Trek civilization.

The good guys have a powerful ally in "The Blue Avians". This group is somewhat below the level of "The Q Continuum" and "The Brotherhood of Christ".

I believe that The Blue Avians are alluded to in the bible. This is part of "The Kingdom of God Growth Cycle" "The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and sowed in his field and this is smaller than all other seeds, but when it is full grown, it is larger than the garden plants and becomes a tree, so that THE BIRDS OF THE AIR come and NEST IN ITS BRANCHES." The Blue Avians could be interpreted as "The Birds of the air", a fulfillment of prophecy.
