Remembering Family And Friends At Christmas
Christmas is always a time of rememberance and nostalgia.

Like millions of others, my wife and I will be sending out Christmas cards to family and friends that we are thinking about.

We may not have talked to old friends in years, but usually, we feel a special fondness for them at this time.

Mankind Has Many Religions
No one group has a monopoly on spiritual truth and the afterlife. Spiritual insights are given to us through divine revelations and mystical visions.

We should embrace cosmic diversity and learn from each other. Check out this website.
Lets walk down the paths that others have taken.

Movie Review 86: The Great Rupert
"A loopy comedy in which Jimmy Durante and his family of acrobats are aided in collecting a fortune by a friendly, bushy-tailed squirrel named Rupert; aka "The Great Rupert."

The best thing in this movie is the intelligent, funny squirrel. Unfortunately, we see too little of him and too much of the other characters. Two stars.

See it anyway for Jimmy Durante and the squirrel.

I Was Santa Claus
Last week at a senior's residence, I played Santa Claus and gave out gifts to the seniors and their great grandchildren.

Although it was very hot in the Santa outfit, it was fun to spread cheer and get lots of hugs and kisses from the ladies.

It's obvious that most females like a "hot" Santa act accordingly.

The Barron Blog Is Back(But For How Long?)
Sometimes my blog appears and sometimes it disappears into the Twilight Zone. I don't know why and neither do support people at Tripod or Rogers Cable, my ISPN.

Truly, this is one of the great mysteries of life.

Finding Neverland
Many great writers in the past have returned to their childhoods to find those fantasy worlds that exist just beyond our senses in elongated time. The authors have put different names on these places: Neverland, Oz, Wonderland, Hogwarts, etc. etc., but essentially they are magical realities where child-like souls dwell.

Jesus Christ stated that a person had to become a child in order to enter the "Kingdom Of Heaven".

In my opinion, writers like J.M. Barrie and Frank Baum had a vision of an eternal world of Jesus Christ where individuals never grow old.

If You're A High Risk Driver, You Should Do Something About It
Who wouldn't if you're paying hundreds of dollars a month to an insurance company?
1. Be honest with yourself about your driving.
2. Take a safe driving course so you can handle what's wrong with your driving.
3. Join a support group of other high risk drivers.
4. Practice being extra cautious and looking out for the "other guy".
5. Pray for protection from unseen dangerous traffic conditions.
6. Try not to drive when you are tired.
7. Reward yourself for ticket and accident free driving.
8. Don't drive if the traffic tickets keep piling up.
