My Top Ten Eternal Worlds
Maybe there's only suppose to be seven heavens, but the universe is a big place and I'm sure there's more than seven or ten great worlds in it. The vision of each existence will be revealed in upcoming blog entries. The concept of heaven as a retirement home for spirits is just too medieval for my liking.

1. High Tech World(Spaceships, supercomputers, androids, photonics, superscience, etc.)
2. Earth Continuum One(When souls are stuck in the earth reality that they died out of, they are sent to a reasonable facimile of it.)
3. Funhouse World(The greatest midways, and funhouses of the universe are found here.)
4. Magic World(This is a place where you can develop your spiritual powers to the nth degree and have fun doing it.)
5. Angel World(There are those who can operate in the universe without high tech toys or bodies)
6. Music World(Any musical form, style or memory can be found here.)
7. History World(The history of the universe is quite vast. It could take you thousands of years to study it all.)
8. Christmas World(Santa Claus is real and Christmas never ends in this world.)
9. Frontier World(History can come alive with virtual reality simulations of past events.)
10. United Stars World(Aliens from all over the universe come here to gain a better understanding of each other.)
Do you have any mystical insights into the above visions? Please let me know.

Meanwhile back in Brampton, Ontario,
Mood:  vegas lucky
I'm putting in a new bathroom with the help of three Newfies, my wife, Irene, her son, Leslie, and a handyman, Tony. In actual fact, the Newfies are doing most of the work. It sure saves thousands of dollars when most of the Newfoundlanders one knows are jacks of all trades. Not having large financial resources, Newfies learned from their families the various skills needed to do their own home improvements.

The Mysteries Of Christianity
Over the last week or so, I've tried to find personal answers for some of the major mysteries in Christianity. Hopefully, these blog entries have opened up a better understanding(a 21st century understanding)to you on this religion that may have not been covered by the many reviews of "The Passion Of The Christ."
I wish you all the best in your spiritual search and journey.

The Christ Continuum
Christology 101(Medieval Catholic edition) continues to be number one at the box office. However, the mysteries of what happened to the first church still remain.

It's time to move forward from dogma, rituals and church traditions in order to connect with the living Christ and organization that exists now. It actual fact, most of the Church Of Christ has departed this life and moved on to somewhere or something else(What would that be?).

Christ said "I am the vine and you are the branches". Paul said "That we have the mind of Christ." The mystical connection to Christ and his botherhood can be made through love and faith.

I believe that it is possible to know what has happened to the "Christ Continuum" in detail over the last two thousand years. However, that's another story which hasn't been told yet.

The Brotherhood Of Christ Then And Now
From what I've read about the movie, it seems that "The Passion Of The Christ" is very medieval Catholic in its inspiration. This comes from earlier "Stations Of The Cross" passion plays and medieval art emphasizing the physical suffering of Jesus. This is understandable because from the dark ages until the 20th century human life has been short with much of pain and sorrow.

Personally, I feel that both the early Christian church and humanity have moved on to better conditions since then. We don't have to be trapped in the 11th century anymore than the 1st century.

Have You Seen "The Passion Of The Christ"?
I don't know whether the latest feature about Jesus Christ is superficial or not? It certainly is very controversial and the critics/fans either love or hate the film. Below is the opinion of a Toronto Star journalist on this matter. What do you think?
One week later and certain views haven't changed.

Barron's Top Ten Adventures In Ghost Land
A soul's journey in this life or the next can be a fascinating and/or a scary one. Many myths and legends have been created on this theme. Obviously, our basic identity is spiritual. We either survive the death of the body well or badly. These are my top movies on this subject:
1. Ghost
2. Heaven Can Wait
3. Play It Again Sam
4. The Sixth Sense
5. Stairway To Heaven
6. What Dreams May Come
7. Topper Returns
8. Ghost Story

9. Beetlejuice
10. Phantasm

Can God Be Your Personal Friend?
For close to two thousand years, God has been characterized by many Christians as humorless, scary, and distant.

In the last half of the 20th century with the help of Carl Reiner, a friendlier and more approachable Diety emerged in "Oh God" with George Burns as the title character. Suddenly, God had a sense of humor, but most Christians were afraid to laugh. Why should a relationship concerning God get so complicated and mysterious? If we're his sons and daughters, we should be able to talk to him like any father. Three and half stars.

I also saw "Dogma" a couple of years ago and enjoyed that as well. It had an offbeat irreverent spin on angels, God and devils, but the story was interesting and funny in spots.

I never saw Bruce Almighty, but some friends liked it alot. The reviews are below.

Visions Of Heaven And Hell
Most of visions of Heaven and Hell were created by artists and writers from the 1st century to the 16th century. Behind this imagery were the stories of devils and angels that probably predated the bible itself. Arriving into the 21st century, these stories and locations have taken on different forms and characters because of the influence of sci/fi mysticism. (e.g. Star Trek, Star Wars, Lord Of The Rings, Harry Potter, Kurt Vonnegut, Issac Asimov, Robert Heinlein, Ron Hubbard, etc.)Broader scientific views meant broader views of the universe and reality in general.

My new age vision of Heaven could be stated as follows:
A very old civilization thought that it could renew itself by creating mankind on this planet. Those born on Earth remembered nothing of their previous lifetimes and therefore had a fresh start. The plan failed when man resisted being the pet of a benign god or gods.

Plan "B"(i.e. Brotherhood)as implemented by the crucificion and resurrection of Jesus Christ allowed for the creation of a new Heaven and new Earth with imput from Christ's followers. From the second century forward, this heavenly organization has sought:

1. The preservation of ideal creative conditions.
2. The rescue and rehabilitation of lost souls from Earth and elsewhere.
3. The spiritual training of souls who can then operate in the physical universe without a body.
4. The recovery of memory traces from old civilizations and lifetimes.

Hell is nothing more than endless reincarnations on this dirt ball-Lives spent in darkness with no memory of where one came from or where one is going. Lives of pain and sorrow which can hit one all at once in old age. I'm not saying there isn't a place worse than Earth. Indeed there is. Earth is the top of hades leading to the bottom half, maybe the Q Continuum. What do you think? Do you have a cosmic view of the universe?

The Quantum Leap Of Jesus Christ
In attempting to deal with sin, pain and death, Christ leaped out of time and/or back to the first moment that the above became realities. Without a doubt, the shock waves of this "quantum leap"(i.e. an abrupt change, sudden increase, or dramatic advance)can be felt today. When the Apostle Paul eloquently crowed to his brethren, "Oh death where is thy sting? Oh, grave where is thy victory?" He was feeling an aftereffect from one of these waves.

Unfortunately, apostalic revelation became biblical dogma that relegated Christ and Christianity to the first century AD. That's more or less where the various sects have been stuck for 2000 years.
Further visions and revelations beyond the 1st century were considered heresy.

The numerous advances in technology and science has allowed us to envision a broader landscape for both the known and unknown universe. Check out the links below.
