Irene's Struggle To Get Another Job
A Human Resources rep commented that she has never seen anyone work as hard to get a job as my wife, Irene.

For those born with well-off parents or incredible intelligence and abilities, obtaining a good job is easy. For those not so "highly blessed", a longer, rougher road is travelled to a decent job.

Persistence and faith in God are one's biggest weapons against the apathy of personnel people that don't care if you get a position.

Trying to escape the burdens of the "working poor" has been the major endeavour of my wife and I over the last 10 months. You can read about this journey from May/06/05 to March/06/06 in this blog.

Irene Has A New Job
Mood:  celebratory
This is definitely a small miracle. The new job is only 20 minutes away and they have an old payroll software program that Irene has used before.

There are also productivity bonuses that appear to be quite good.

The light is at the end of the tunnel. The marathon job search of 10 months is almost over.

What Time Are You In?
Reality seems to have three time zones connected to it.
1. Old Universe Time(The time from the beginning of the universe to now.)
2. New Universe Time(The time from the birth of Christ to now.)
3. Eternal Time(An area of "time" which exists outside of normal or abnormal time.)

There is much that could be written about each time zone. If you have any personal insights into this subject, I would appreciate your feedback.
Please send me a communication.

Top Song Of The Week
Mood:  special
This is Carrie Underwood's "Jesus Take The Wheel." Wow, what a video! By the time, the song was over tears were streaming down my eyes. I can understand why it was #1 for six weeks on the Country Hit Parade. Four stars

Check out Carrie's Music here.

The Job Search Marathon Continues
Mood:  sad
Despite many successful telephone and personal interviews, my wife, Irene, has failed to land a position as a payroll administrator.

After ten months of continuous job searching, we both feel depressed about this situation.

However, we haven't given up hope and the "Job Search Marathon" continues.

My wife is a tireless worker and would be dedicated to an employer who would hire her.

For twenty years, she raised three children practically single-handedly.

At her last place of employment for ten years, she received two sterling references.

Canada Wins Gold In Curling
Mood:  celebratory
After the early exit of Canada's Olympic Hockey Team, it was exciting to see six underdogs from Newfoundland win gold. While the Canadian hockey team was composed of aging NHL superstars, the Canadian curling team was composed of motivated and enthusiastic Newfies.

The boys from the rock knew how to throw their rocks.

There's only 500,000 people in Newfoundland to draw players from. Fortunately, Newfoundland is a province in Canada, a win for them is a win for every Canadian.

This Is Our 800th Post In Three Years
Mood:  celebratory
This blog started on Feb/13/2003. It's hard to believe that I've been averaging over 250 posts a year.

The complete contents of this blog relates to my Barron experiences in the "Barron and Earth Universes". You'll find all kinds of top ten lists, movie reviews, weblinks, Canadian viewpoints and mystical spiritual insights here.

Since we meet in the same heavenly library called the internet, we are able to link up to each other and the totality of human experience. The discoveries on this road can be profound. It's a "mind-meld" of awesome proportions.

Maybe, you'll find out that the Barron universe isn't that barren after all and neither is your own or the other guys.

May you continue to have good linking and surfing experiences.
Drop me an e-mail sometime.

The Universal Brotherhood Of Christ
All life forms in the universe have a connection to each other and to God. The barriers that separate us can be quite formiable(e.g. space, time, distant planets, languages, different kinds of bodies). However, through the miracle of the cross and the connections of the divine mind, we are able to share memories and participate in the "ground of each other's being"(i.e. spiritual communion).

Individual life units can have different bodies that are soft tissue, metal, cyborg, photonic, stick, or liquid, etc. etc. In a true brotherhood, there are no prejudices on physical forms.

There is a great deal of information in this blog about heavenly societies and ancient brotherhoods.

Hopefully, you'll be able to get something out of this material and develop your own cosmic view of the universe.
