Number One At The Boxoffice: The Exorcist
Again, it's the number one movie of the weekend despite poor reviews.

It's not that hard to predict when you realize that young people go out on the weekend for a thrill and maybe even a chill.

There are stories, genres, heroes and villians who have a great deal of mileage in them. Dracula, Darth Vader, Jason, Freddy, the demon in the Exorcist are just a few of these unkillable bad guys.

Have you ever wondered that in the real world there might be beings that are practically unkillable? Don't let the CIA know.

It's been a tough day.
Don't laugh, but six times over the last two days I've failed to burn 300 old country songs on one CD. With that statement, you probably think that I've just flew in from Newfoundland. The maximum should be 25 to 30 songs on one disk, right.

That would be the case if I'm using Windows Media Player or Roxio to do the job, but I'm not. I'm using Sony's SonicStage 1.1 software. I'm talking about 450 songs in the ACTRAC format on one CD. I've done it before with oldies and pop tunes, but this software doesn't like old country. Then again who does?...besides my wife?

The Exorcist: The Beginning
As expected lousy reviews, but "The Exorcist: The Beginning" will probably be number one at the box office this weekend. Great ad campaign: Spooky, scary.

However, I must stress that the demon in "The Exorcist" reformed and became a minister at Hotel California somewhere in an Arizona desert. Check it out. Not everyone stays bad forever:

Being A Cool Dude At Parties Or Anywhere
Mood:  a-ok
Dressing up like a hippie or Elvis is always cool. The greaseball look from the 50s and 60s is hard to beat at anytime. It's like saying, I was there and I helped create rock and roll and the counter culture.

There's also the burned CD of music that no one knows anything about, but it sounds groovy and cool.

Here's an example of a CD that can impress anyone at a party including the chicks:

1. Do You Remember These?/The Statler Bros. 2. Down By The Station/The Four Preps 3. Dungaree Doll/Eddie Fisher 4. Witchdoctor/The Chipmunks 5. Mash Potatoes/Dee Dee Sharp 6. Surf City/Jan and Dean 7. Dreamin'/Johnny Burnette 8. Baby Sittin' Boogie/Buzz Clifford 9. Mr. Bassman/Johnny Cymbal 10. Goodbye Cruel World/James Darren 11. Wildwood Days/Bobby Rydell 12. Dede Dinah/Frankie Avalon 15. Please Don't Tease/Cliff Richard 16. Walkin' With My Angel/Bobby Vee 17. Young World/Ricky Nelson 18. Bless You/Tony Orlando 20. Turn Me Loose/Fabian 21. The Great Imposter/The Fleetwoods. 22. 16 Reasons/Connie Stevens 23. Dear One/Larry Finnegan 24. Some Kind Of Wonderful/The Drifters 25. Bottle Of Wine/The Fireballs

Aliens And Nazis
From my own surfing, I've found that others as well as myself think the Nazis and some alien group were in close association.

Look at the first scene of Hellboy, the Nazis are opening a portal so that some superior power can help them conquer the world.

Throughout history, there seemed to be some exterrestial group that was obsessed by genetic mutation and engineering. The mythology of the saytr, the Griffin, the Sphinx, etc. etc., were the result of this incredible engineering, no doubt.

Hitler's desire to create a master race on earth would certainly appeal to these "masters of the reinvented body".

I have even read that these aliens were planning to fabricate "A Second Coming Of Christ" in order to win acceptance. There might also be a connection between them and the US Government through Area 51 and 53.

Fortunately, there are superbeings in the neighbourhood who can defend mankind against this super scientific sourcery.

What do you think?

Mysteries And Conspiracies
Area 51, The Bermuda Triangle, Haunted Houses, The Masons, The Star People, Alien Abductions, Marcab, UFO cults, etc. etc., the world is full of mysteries and conspiracies which boogle the mind.

To say that someone or some group was or is playing with our mind is an understatement. Like it or not, earth is full of darkness, lies, half truths and deceit. We're born into it, but we don't have to stay in it.

In my journey to and from "Hotel California", I encountered many of the conditions above. There wasn't any road map and I couldn't reconcile religious dogma with my personal visions and ideas.

My basic problems related to contact with aliens or higher spiritual beings in previous lifetimes.(Fortunately, or unfortunately, I never encountered them in this life.)

In communciating to others who were into science fiction, the paranormal, and new age religions, I found many had similar perceptions of life.

There are great mysteries and conspiracies out there. It is our responsibility to separate the chaff from the wheat.

There is a way out of this morass of evil intent and lies. Continue on to your sacred place of learning. There is a guide for each of us.

Movie Review 79: Hellboy
Ron Perlman is great in this movie as the classic outsider/antihero with a quick wit and a soft heart. It's an old saying, but you can't judge a devil by appearances in this Christian netherworld. Unfortunately, there are long stretches where the story moves slowly and time drags. The special effects range from spectacular to repetitive in a cartoonist way. All things considered, I'll give it two and half stars. This is entry number 500 in our weblog. If you want to locate something of interest here, feel free to you use the Google Search Engine below.

Predator Vs Alien: Number One At The Boxoffice
Mood:  on fire
Despite many negative reviews, the insatiable desire for powerful non-human adversies ruled the boxoffice. In the vacuum of new dynamic weird monsters, recycled villans took up the slack for a cheap thrill weekend.

What about this minister in Arizona who has his own religion? I don't know what he calls it.

The CIA is after him because he knows what's in Area 51 or 53.

People disappear or change is some way.
Isn't his name, Peter Meade?
