This may be hard to believe but this project came from a 25 year association with a new age religious group. The heroine's spiritual search was a reflection of my own.  

I left the group because of conflicts with "the powers that be" who were very difficult to handle. Years later, I  put my experiences together in a way that could be understood by myself and others. This was the screenplay, Hotel California.

There is no doubt that all of us have to face hidden, faceless evils in our own lives and that of others. 

It can be tough finding the actual truth among very cunning and deceptive lies .
